Arisia 2024 Illness Policy for Turtle Track and Fast Track

General rule: If your child is ill or has symptoms of illness, please do not bring them to our children’s activities (Turtle Track or Fast Track).

Illness and illness symptoms include:

  • Cold symptoms such as runny nose (new), sore throat (new), frequent cough (new)
  • Fever 100 degrees or more (must be fever free for at least 24 hours without medication)
  • Sore throat or unable to swallow without discomfort
  • Earache
  • Visible eye redness, itching, discharge
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Probable case of COVID-19*

*Probable case of COVID-19 is defined by the presence of:

Any ONE of these critical symptoms:

  • Cough (new)
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • New loss of taste or smell

OR Any TWO of these minor symptoms:

  • Fever or chills
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue
  • Congestion or runny nose (new)
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

We strongly recommend a COVID-19 test in this situation.
