Membership Rates
Memberships for Arisia can be purchased at: reg.arisia.org/.
Weekend Rates
Full Adult and Fast Track (children ages 6-8+ years) membership for the entire weekend, Friday - Monday:
- $55 through 9/30
- $65 10/1 through 12/31
- $75 After 12/31 and at-door
Other full-weekend membership types:
- $75 - Babysitting (Turtle Track) - Professional childcare for ages 18 months to 5 years
- Free - "Kid-in-Tow" - Child must accompany an adult with a membership at all times.
- $35 - Students - For students age 9-25 with a valid student ID for 2026.
- Free - Card To Culture memberships for EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders and their families. Must show card at badge pick up.
At-Convention Day Rates
These are the Single-Day Rates, available on the day of purchase only:
- Friday only - $30
- Saturday only - $50
- Sunday only - $50
- Monday only - $15
Fast Track and Babysitting (Turtle Track)
Babysitting provides childcare Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday during the convention to children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years. We are requesting families register their children no later than December 20th. After this date, childcare will be available on a space-available basis only. A Fast Track membership provides access for children ages 6 - 8+ years to the Fast Track Clubhouse, a supervised play and activity space. For more information about Fast Track, please visit the Fast Track Clubhouse page.
COVID Notice
Arisia continues to require that everyone attending any in-person Arisia events - including Arisia 2026 - mask in all Public Convention Spaces (program rooms, Event spaces, Dealers' Room, etc.). Mask-optional spaces include the hotel lobby and any room with a sign stating it's mask-optional.

Other Registration Information
- Refunds: We do not issue refunds, but you can transfer your paid membership to another person.
- Transferring memberships: You can sell or transfer your paid membership to someone else, as long as you are transferring it to someone else eligible for the same registration type (i.e., adult to adult, student to student, etc.), and the membership was purchased in the same year as the transfer (i.e., is not a rollover membership). The seller (that's you) just needs to send email to registration (Click here to show mail address) saying who you're transferring it to - give all the information you would for a normal registration (name, mailing address, email address, badge name) and we'll do the transfer.
- All convention members are required to wear their membership badges while in convention areas. Exceptions may be made for special cases, e.g. masquerade participants while on-stage.
- Everyone attending Arisia is expected to abide by Arisia's Code of Conduct.
