For Arisia 2026, we will have one application form for Dealers, Creators, and Fan-run Tables. On the first page of the form, please choose which type of space you're interested in.
Dealers: Single-person or small businesses selling merchandise of interest to Arisia attendees. The Dealers' Room is open from Friday evening through early Monday afternoon and Dealers should expect to staff their tables for the entire weekend.
Creators: Artists, crafters, author/illustrators, game designers, clothing & accessory makers, or any other Creators selling their own work. Creator's Corner will be in or next to the Dealers' Room and have the same full-weekend hours. We are also exploring alternative ways for Creators to showcase and sell their work.
Fan-run Tables: Tables in the lobby for fannish groups, nonprofits, or fan-adjacent organizations to promote themselves and sell memberships or organization merchandise.
