Events Assistant Division Head

Responsibilities: The Events Division Head manages the Events budget, recruits events for the convention, recruits and manages Events area heads, corresponds with Event Organizers, organizes and schedules events and Events Liaisons, coordinates with other divisions (Programming, Tech, Hotel etc.) in event scheduling and management of resources, documents timelines and processes for running Events division. At con they will assist the Events Division Head and help manage and support Event Liaisons and they're associated events. If needed they may also run an area under their supervision if necessary. Clear and timely responses to communication and good organizational skills are a must for this position.
