You can register for the convention here.

Need to transfer your membership?

Can't make it to Arisia, but don't want your membership to go to waste? You can sell or transfer your membership to someone else. The seller (that's you) just needs to send email to reg@arisia.org saying who you're transferring it to - give all the information you would for a normal registration (name, mailing address, email address, badge name) and we'll do the transfer.

You can also transfer on-site; just come to the registration desk during open hours with a valid ID and we'll transfer your registration to someone else (of your choosing) for you. If you can't attend, please give the transferee a letter with enough info that we can find your registation and we'll handle it.

You can register at the event at the usual place on the mezzanine level of the Boston Park Plaza.

Hours for registration are:

2pm - 11pm Friday, Jan 21st
9am - 8pm Saturday, Jan 22nd
9am - 4pm Sunday, Jan 23rd

At-con registration rates are:

Full weekend: $50.00
Friday Only $20.00
Saturday Only $35.00
Sunday Only $20.00
Student and Young Fan [*] $40

[*] The Student and Young Fan rate shall apply up to age 18 with proof of age, and up to age 23 with school identification. It does not apply to babysitting memberships

We will be able to accept all major credit cards, personal checks (with ID), and cash.

Accessibility:

Attendees with disabilities who need American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, Braille Pocket Programs, Large Print materials, and other forms of accessibility assistance should email services@arisia.org to let Arisia know of your specific needs in order to attend and access the convention. Please include your name and contact information in the email message.

Attend Arisia for Free!

If you work 12 hours at the convention, you will earn a free membership to next year's convention. Setup on Thursday evening and tear-down on Sunday evening count double, so you can earn a membership without missing any of the con!

Bring the Kids! For Free or ...

Arisia has a children's program known as Fast Track. It is billed as a con within a con for ages 6-12. Fast Track offers a wide variety of program items, including crafts, costuming, magic shows, science, song, discussions, demonstrations, storytelling and games. For more information, or to volunteer to help, contact us.

Children under 12 years old may attend free as Kids-in-Tow (accompanied by an adult member at all times), or may have their own con membership.
