The "Party Host" block is intended for individuals planning to hold a party. Actual room type and size is dependent upon the needs of each party and room availability. All Party Host rooms are allocated by the Arisia Party Czar. While we will do our best to give you your first choice, there are only a limited number of the nicer rooms on the party floor. Once the Arisia Party Czar assigns your party a room you will be notified of your tentative room number, room-type, and room location selection. *At that point you should return to this web page to complete the hotel reservation process.* Arisia has arranged with the hotel for a special late checkout of 4 PM to be available for the cost of one-third the nightly room rate, or a 6 PM checkout for one-half the nightly room rate. A very limited number of 1 PM late check-outs are available free of charge on a first requested/first served basis (you can request this starting the day before checkout). If you wish paid late check-out, you should request it upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. For more information, please read the Hotel Information page or the Hotel Reservation Policies.
