All reservations must be received by 4 PM (ET) on January 14, 2005.
The hotel is sold out. There is a small chance that rooms MAY be available after cancellations, but we cannot accurately predict that at this time.
Please read all Hotel Information before filling out this form. By submitting information via this form you acknowledge that you understand and accept all rules, regulations, stipulations, limitations and other factors detailed on the Hotel Information Page and the Boston Park Plaza Hotel Reservation Policies.
The rooms are organized into different blocks. The blocks are as follows:
| Block Type | Description |
| Quiet Block | Non-party floors. |
| Smoking Block | There is one smoking floor in the hotel, which is shared with non-Arisia hotel guests. Strictly a quiet floor. |
| Party Block | Party and Dealers' Row floors. |
| Party Host Block | Party Hosts will be
notified shortly about their room details. At this time, we expect to be
able to accomodate all Party Host requests. A limited number of rooms in the Party Area especially appropriate for parties. You must email the Arisia Party Czar to communicate the room type, size, and other needs of your party and be allocated one of these rooms. |
| Shabbat Block | A limited number of rooms for attendees with special religious restrictions. This block is on the lowest guest floor (fifth), but rooms are near Children's Programming and 5th Floor Program Rooms. Can be very, very loud in the mornings... |
| Dealers' Row Block | Sales rooms (not sleeping rooms) used by dealer's on Dealers' Row. You must be a registered dealer approved by the Dealer's Liaison to be assigned one of these. |
| Staff Block | Reserved for our hardworking loyal staff. These rooms are hidden in a double-secret area of the hotel. |
Reservation Process
On the hotel reservation page, you'll see the block you selected as well as the dates that the Arisia rates are available. Click on the "Book Now" button to continue.
This process is a 5 step process.
Step 1: Preferences. Select your check-in and check-out dates. Pick your room preferences. You'll need to use the table below to determine which Bed Type to select.

Step 2: Rate information. Make sure the rate shown is the rate you were expecting.
Step 3: Payment information. Standard information required to reserve a room.
Step 4: Review information. You'll have a chance here to review your reservation request at this point.
Step 5: Your confirmation. You made it!

- Need a rollaway bed/cot? Click here to request one. Cots are $20/weekend if reserved in advance and $30/weekend at-con.
