ROOM TYPE and ROOM BLOCK REQUEST (THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST, NOT A GUARANTEE)
Arisia will attempt to address your request by blocking your first, then second choice of room type in your choice of room block; then by closest match to available rooms and room block. Please note that the most popular rooms (Family Doubles, Suites, and Executive Kings) are only available in the Quiet or Smoking blocks. Also note that the "Party Host" block is intended for individuals planning to hold a party. Actual room type and size is dependent upon the needs of each party. All Party Host rooms are allocated by the Arisia Party Czar and all registrants requesting a Party Host room must coordinate with the Arisia Party Czar for their room-type and room location selection. Dealer's on Dealer's Row should first make a reservation in the Party Block. Once their dealer's application is processed by the Dealer's Liaison then their sales room will automatically be changed to the Dealer's Row Block. Please note that hotel requires a $500 deposit for Dealer's Row rooms and Party Block suites.

You may rent cots (roll-away beds) for your room. Cost is $20/weekend if reserved in advance, or $30/weekend at-con (and then only if available).     Request cots (limit 2 per room, no cots in Main Single or Main King)

If requested roomtype with two-double beds above is not available, please add an additional cot to my room: (Cost is still $20/weekend, and limit of 2 cots per room is still enforced)

Cribs are free & available on a first reserved/first served basis. Do you need a crib?

Small refrigerators are available for parents with infants, or people with medical needs; at a cost of $25/each for the weekend.    Do you want a refrigerator in your hotel room?

I am making multiple reservations for multiple rooms, don't merge them.    (Arisia will attempt to block multiple reservations in adjacent rooms.) Each separate reservation requires a separate reservation form.

Arisia has arranged with the hotel for a special late checkout of 4 PM to be available for the cost of one-third the nightly room rate, or a 6 PM checkout for one-half the nightly room rate. A very limited number of 1 PM late check-outs are available free of charge on a first requested/first served basis. If you wish paid late check-out you should request it upon arrival and check-in at the hotel.
