Room availability/assignment update

Please note that we have not completed room assignments yet. We are trying to adjust block sizes to give as many people as possible their first choice.

It is out plan to try and ensure that EVERYONE will get either their first of second choice room. The few exceptions are where a second choice was not specified, or both the first and second choice are suites.

Room availability update as of December 27, 2002.

The current status (as of December 27th) is that most people will get their first choice of room. The exceptions are requests for a Suite, Family Double or King. King requests are being placed into Executive Kings or Main Queens unless otherwise indicated for a second choice. For Family Doubles the second choice is usually a Main Double. For a Suite the next best thing is usually an Executive King.

All Party Host rooms are allocated by the Arisia Party Czar. Actual room type and size is dependent upon the needs of each party.

Shabbat Block (The lowest floor, but rooms are sandwiched in between Children's Programming, 5th Floor Program Rooms, and Dealer's Row. Very very LOUD in the mornings... imagine having 30+ five-year-old kids in the rooms next door...)
